For unused and unworn products that still have the tags on, we are delighted to provide a 7-day return policy (with an online refund for online payments and NEFT/Store credit for COD payments only).
Please adhere to these easy procedures to accomplish a refund or exchange:
·Please make sure that all goods being returned or exchanged are unused, in their original packaging and condition, and have all of the original tags still attached. For us to complete the return, any products that were harmed in transit must also have the tag.
·Once the tags are removed, items that are damaged or changed may not be accepted and will not be returned to the buyer.
To arrange a return, or pick up, send us an email email@example.com along with pictures of the items in their packings and tags. Within 3-5 days business days after that, our courier partner will pick up your shipment at no additional cost to you.
Depending on the option you choose when submitting your return request, we will either do an online refund by NEFT within 3 business days or credit the value of the returned item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have one) once it has been picked up.
